Privacy notice
What we collect when you join the Anilla waitlist, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Anilla is run by ArveLabs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. ArveLabs Ltd is the controller of your personal data. Contact us at info@ogydigital.com.
What we collect
- When you join: your email address, which phone you use, your confirmation that you're 18 or over, and whether you want updates from us.
- If you choose to answer: your country, collection size, humidor type, how you track your collection today, roughly how much of it is Cuban, and whether you'd pay for the full catalogue.
- How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed, the referring website, any referral code, and your browser language.
- Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated sign-ups. We don't store the address itself.
- Site analytics: we use DataFast, which is cookieless, to count visits, traffic sources and sign-ups in aggregate.
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers, and we don't sell your data.
Why we use it, and on what basis

Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist, in London (UK).
- Resend sends our emails, from Ireland (EU).
- DataFast provides cookieless site analytics.
- Vercel hosts this website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Sign-ups that aren't confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
- If we decide not to build Anilla, we'll tell you and delete the waitlist within 90 days.
- If we do build it, we keep your waitlist record until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for updates. Reply to any of our emails or write to info@ogydigital.com, and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Age
Anilla is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has signed up, tell us and we'll delete their record.
